Cancellation policy: Should you cancel your reservation, please observe the following cancellation policy of the hotel.

For stays between April 16 - December 15:

Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to arrival - No penalty charge.
Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to arrival - One night charge.
Short stays or no-shows will be charged the full charge of scheduled stay at agreed rate plus tax.

For stays between December 16 - April 15:

Cancellations made up to one week prior to arrival - No penalty charge***.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival - Three night charge at agreed rate plus tax.
Short stays or no-shows will be charged the full charge of scheduled stay at agreed rate plus tax.

*** Exception: For stays between December 20 - January 3, these MUST be cancelled 3 weeks prior to arrival to be exempt of any charges. Less than 3 weeks cancellation notice will result in a full charge plus tax penalty.
