Once you submit your form, you will receive an e-mail notification summarizing your request. THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION! You will receive a confirmation usually within 24 hours or by the next business day. Booking requests submitted late Friday afternoon (USA E.S.T.) or during the weekend will have a reply by Monday afternoon.
